消防检查中这些消防设备的检查和维护要点

目前,岛城已全面进入森林火灾高风险期,森林防火形势严峻。一旦发生险情,如何应对险情?3月14日,在崂山风景区柳青收费站停车场,向崂山区森林防火值班室拨打了报警电话。随后,6个单位的消防队员带着各种消防器材赶到;同时,利用单兵视频传输系统和森林防火无人机,分别从地面和空中进行火灾探测。清晰的火灾现场图像实时传输到现场通信车,为救援“指引方向”。

 

紧急电话响起,数十人带着装备迅速赶到。

 

紧急呼叫20分钟后到达

 

“崂山风景区柳青派出所西侧山坡上发生森林火灾。根据《青岛市森林火灾应急预案》,市政府森林防火指挥部办公室已启动三级应急响应。”14日上午9时30分,一通电话打到崂山区森林防火值班室,崂山区森林消防大队拉兵实战演练正式开始。“请立即通知景区森林消防大队派出十名消防专业队员携带装备进行处置。同时,通知崂山区森林消防大队、王各庄、北寨、沙子口、中韩街剧场森林消防中队各派出十名森林消防专业队员携带装备进行增援。所有队伍集中在崂山区风景区柳青管理处东侧停车场。”市林防信息办公室工作人员发出指示。

 

20分钟后,正在附近巡逻的崂山区森林消防大队第一个到达现场。随后,其他支援小组也抵达现场。据统计,实际部队拉共出动指挥车5辆、运兵车12辆、通信车1辆、派出队员78人、消防器材67件、水上消防器材12件。

 

实现地面和空中的“视频直播”

 

演习进行的同时,记者注意到,有工作人员在现场架起了高高的天线。3名队员拿出一个大箱子,里面装着3个“背包”,实际上是3套单独的视频传输系统。队员们将系统背在背上,手持与系统相连的小摄像头进行拍摄。然后,图像通过信号传输传输到信号车上。与此同时,另一名工作人员在现场组装了一架无人机,然后远程将其举到空中。与此同时,在通信车上的一个监视器上,出现了正在集结检查的队员。这是无人机拍摄到的画面,另外三张画面显示了单兵的视频侦察画面。

 

据介绍,此次演习派出的三方单兵视频侦察队和森林防火无人机均首次亮相,单兵侦察队和无人机的空中火力侦察可将火场图像传输至现场森林防火通信车,帮助指挥员做出正确决策。
