消防巡查中这些消防器材的点检和保养要点

当前岛城已全面进入森林高火险期,森林防火形势严峻。一旦发生险情如何应对?3月14日,在崂山风景区流清收费站停车场,一通报警电话打到了崂山区森林防火值班室。随后,来自6个单位的消防队员带着各种消防设备赶到;同时,使用单兵视频传输系统和森林防火无人机,分别从地面和空中进行火情侦查,火场清晰图像实时传输到现场的通信车上,为扑救“指引方向”。

“在崂山风景区流清派出所西侧山坡发生森林火情,根据青岛市森林火灾应急预案规定,市政府森林防火指挥部办公室已启动三级应急响应。”14日上午9时30分,一通电话打到了崂山区森林防火值班室,崂山区森林消防队伍实兵拉动演练正式开始。“请你办立即通知景区森林消防专业队派十名消防专业队队员携带装备进行处置,同时通知崂山区森林消防大队、王哥庄、北宅、沙子口、中韩街道战区森林消防中队各派十名森林消防专业队队员携带装备进行增援。所有队伍在崂山区风景区流清管理处东侧停车场集结。”市森防指办工作人员下达了指令。
 
20分钟后,在附近巡逻的崂山区森林消防大队最先赶到现场。随后,其他支援队伍也到达现场。据统计,此次实兵拉动共出动指挥车辆5台,运兵车辆12台,通信车1台,出动队员78名,携带灭火机具67台,水灭火装备12件。
 
地面空中实现“视频直播”
 
在演练的同时,记者注意到,有工作人员在现场设置起高高的天线。3名队员提出一个大箱子,里面装着3个“背包”,实际上是3套单兵视频传输系统。队员将该系统背在身上,手持一台连接在系统上的小摄像机进行拍摄。随后,通过信号传输将图像传输到信号车上。同时,还有工作人员在现场组装起来一台无人机,随后遥控升空。与此同时,在通信车上的一台显示器上,正在集结接受检查的队员们出现了,这正是无人机拍摄下的画面,还有3个画面显示的是单兵视频侦查画面。
 
据介绍,此次演练派出的3路单兵视频侦查分队以及森林防火无人机,都是首次亮相。单兵侦查分队以及无人机进行的空中火情侦查,可以做到将火场图像传输到现场森林防火通信车,帮助指挥员做出正确决策。
